I just dropped my first batch into the fermenter.. The OG was 1.051 for an APA, just .005 off the recipe. Can't wait to taste this stuff in a few weeks. 
I have one question though. I have some extra LME. What's the best way for me to keep it? It wasn't in a resealable container.
