I brewed a white galaxy IPA 1,050 and pitched a tube of WLP380 and it took off fermenting very quickly and i let the temp freerise just to its maximum recommended temp then i went to the basement to bring the temp down i discovered a massive sulphur stench bomb! it is still fermenting away in the middle of its recommended temps and the sulphur has mostly gone now after 5 days. so my question is: did i cause the stench bomb by under pitching (no starter)?????
