So my hefe and wit have been sitting in primary for 2.5 weeks after a week of fermentation, and I'm just gonna bottle straight from there. I'm going to Brooklyn on Thursday night, so I really need to get these bastards into the bottle tonight. Bottling just one batch is painstaking enough, but two in one night is gonna be murder. Wish me luck. :cross:

why is two a big deal? my dishwasher can hold enough for two batches and it only takes like 30 minutes for each batch. cleanup is kind of a pain, i guess....and re-sanitizing all the equipment. ugh, ok, it's a pain
