wiring diagram ?

Does anyone have the time to make me a wiring diagram? I basically need to power (1) 240v-3000w element and have it work through a temperature controller with a temp. probe. (recommendation on temp. controller please) all im trying to do is keep a liquid in a tank steady at 190F. do I need SSR relays as well? any help would be appreciated...

Do an image search for a "240v heating element wiring diagram". I found some pictures showing the thermostat and relay built into a single unit.
