Is there a way that im not thinking of to have an outlet wired up so that it receives power when cooling or heating. I ultimately want to have 4 outlets hooked up. one always on, one for cooling, one for heating, and one for heating or cooling that I can hook a fan up to. Any help would be great cause I cant find a way to do it. Thanks

You can just split it from the main line that is coming then run the rest to the STC-1000. Unless you only want it to run when the other outlets are on, in that case I don't know :)

Yea I know how to wire the constant on one just the on for cooling or heating one im having trouble with.

Is it for a fan? not sure if you could have a single fan turn on with both, but if its a PC fan maybe just have two?

It can be achieved with three relays. One relay controlled by cool, one relay controlled by heat. The third relay for the fan and controlled by both previous relays. Sort of an OR function.

ok so no way to just hard wire it up :( Thanks for the help, I guess ill just have the fan run all the time then shouldn't cause any issues.

No way to hardwire it without some type of isolating component like the relays. Running the fan all the time is actually, imo, the better option anyway.
