Looking to make a Winter Warmer with a Old Ale / Farmhouse merge.

Would love some feedback on this recipe.

Was also thinking about adding some oak chips in the secondary that were soaked in a red wine, maybe a Cabernet Sauvignon to add some fruit and spice flavors.

12.0 oz Corn, Flaked (1.3 SRM)
10.8 oz Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM)
10.8 oz Caramunich Malt (56.0 SRM)
6.6 oz Roasted Barley (300.0 SRM)
3.6 oz Black (Patent) Malt (500.0 SRM)
3.6 oz Chocolate Malt (450.0 SRM)
3.6 oz Maple Syrup (35.0 SRM)
1.15 oz Target [11.00 %] - Boil 60.0 min
0.92 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00 %] - Boil 15.0
0.46 oz Fuggles [4.50 %] - Boil 3.0 min
0.46 oz Progress [6.25 %] - Boil 3.0 min (if I can find it or will use Fuggles)
1.0 pkg Belgian Saison (Wyeast Labs #3724)
1.0 pkg British Ale Yeast (Wyeast Labs #1098)
