Hey,

First time making a beer with spices so absolutely no idea really what I'm doing!

Here's a recipe I just quickly knocked up. Any tips?

Christmas/Winter Specialty Spice Beer

All Grain (21.00 l) ABV: 6.68 %

OG: 1.067 SG FG: 1.016 SG

IBUs: 30.3 IBUs Color: 46.0 EBC

Ingredients
4.00kg - UK 2-Row Pale Ale Malt
1.00kg - Münich 2 Malt
0.30 kg - Melanoiden Malt
0.25 kg - Cara-pils
0.15 kg - chocolate malt
0.25 kg - oats flaked
0.50 kg - Candi Sugar, Amber
0.05 kg - Maple Syrup


30.0 g - Amarillo Gold- Boil 60 min (27.0 IBUs)

2.50 oz - Anise, Star - Boil 30 min

1 oz - Ginger Root - Boil 12 min

0.25 tsp - Irish Moss - Boil 10 min

0.10 oz - Cinnamon Stick - Boil 5 min

0.75 oz - Coriander Seed - Boil 5 min

0.75 oz - Orange Peel, Sweet

20.0 g - Amarillo Gold - Steep 10 min (3.3 IBUs)



1.5 pkg - SafAle English Ale
