10 year home brewer going to do some wine purchased 2 wine kits one ice wine Riesling and standard Riesling trying to get a semi sweet wine can I just mix both kits and make one or should I do both and mix after thanks for any help

Welcome. You can indeed combine the two. Just keep an eye on the fermentation and kill off the yeast when it reaches your desired sweetness.
