Wine Log Sheet or Android App

Anybody have a good log sheet they use for their wines?

Or perhaps no the name of a good Android Wine App?

I Use log sheets and have them lamented ( using a cheap laminator from Walmart) so i just write on them with a sharpie and have a binder of the ferment and stabilizing logs of finished wines.
