Will this welder do the trick for building a rig?

I want to learn how to weld for building my brew rig.

Is this worth the $100 as a starter welder? I

know that 110v welders have their limitations, but I'm just wondering if I'd be able to get by using this if I were to build my rig using .120 gauge steel square bar on my rig.

Says ok for 3/16 guage but what do you guys think?

Should work fine for welding up a brewstand. A much better product than those 100$ migs they sell at the organized landfill (Harbor Freight).
