I want to try to make an IPA with extra ingredents I have:

2 gallon batch with 2 gallon boil:

3.3 lbs briess gold LME
1lb 4 oz american 2-row pale
4oz caramel 60L

.5 oz columbus (60 mins)
.5 oz chinook (45 mins)
.5 oz centennial (30 mins)
.5 oz cascade (15 mins)
1 oz experimental hops 342 (dry hop 5 days)

Safale 04

Whirlfloc tablet (5 mins from end of boil)

Expected:
OG: 1.078
FG: 1.020
IBUs: 120
SRM: 10
ABV: 7.5%

Any suggestions, this is just left over stuff I need to use. Thanks a million.

I'd go lighter on the early bittering additions, and use more of them late in the boil and the dryhop. A simple 60/10/0/DH schedule will do. Mash the 2-row at 148 F for 1 hour. Pitch half the extract late in the boil and shoot for 1.065-1.070 OG. Do a full volume boil with no top off water. Whirlfloc is not needed here, but if you do use it then use half a tab, not a whole one.
