It looks good to me, it has the proper CGA 320 fitting. I would only suggest that you affix it in the up-right position, if it ends up on it's side you could draw liquid out of the cylinder. And you don't want that.

Yes, it appears to be a refurbished cylinder. It is an oddly shaped cylinder, just make sure it will fit your set-up. Good find.

Lol for that price I will build a set up Around it. They want $100 + for a used 5lb cylinder locally and I can't find them less than $65 or more with shipping online. These are bigger and $40 total with shipping.

I have been fortunate, I have been in the welding/compressed gas industry for 18 years. I have scored a few good finds from acquaintances in the industry and on CL. A hydro test is required every 10 yrs. on a steel cylinder and generally cost $20 and up so they are worth it for the hydro test alone.

I would suggest you inquire about combining shipping and buy a couple of them @ that price.
