Will Solgar's brand Brewers Yeast Powder dietary supplement work for yeast nutrition if added at the end of a boil?

I am thinking of adding this like a regular yeast nutrient. Is it a good idea? It seems cheep and is apparently just used inactive saccharomyces cerevisiae.
