Making chokecherry wine and mistakenly 3 tsp pectic enzyme into the must before I added campden. will the campden be ok?
5 gallon batch
have not added the yeast yet
1 tablespoon yeast nutrient
5 tsp. acid blend
25 cups sugar (syrup)
1 liter grape concentrate
5 crushed campden tablets
water to make 23 liters
OG 1.100
