This came out better than expected. Not too sweet or overly malty. The Vienna really adds a nice character and I would consider using it in large amounts in other recipes again. The Hop aroma was nice pineapple and mango, but I would probably up the hopstand and dry hop additions to 2 oz and 3 oz respectively in the future. The Beer cleared up quickly in the bottle as well thanks to the Whirlfloc, but developed some chill haze. I will DEFINITELY be making this one again.

I've been meaning to brew a Mosaic cream ale while the weather is still nice, but the name got me on this one. Bumped this recipe to my next brew day, I've used vienna as a base in the past and have been very pleased. Will report back in a few weeks :mug:
