My first batch (American Pale Ale) was 10 days in primary, 10 days in secondary and has been 4 weeks in bottles but I found that I need to cool them down for at least 30 hours so they can test good, few hours on the fridge and they are not that good. Is this normal? what the time on the fridge do to my beer?

Spending time in the fridge is helping the beer absorb the co2 from the head space and allowing stuff to settle out. I generally won't touch a beer until its been in there for at least 3 days and preferably a week.

Normal. They will generally taste better after they sit in a fridge for a week or three. Some bigger beers I may even refridge longer.
