I have my first skeeterpee finishing up and I was going to try 5 gallons of wine from grape concentrate. I have looked at many recipes. Most say use one package of yeast, a friend of mine gave me his and he uses 2 packs of red star, and one I found in the wine recipe section uses 3 packs? Is there a need for more than one pack?
