I have always loved beer and recently decided to start making my own after visiting my brother whos wife makes some good wine.

Well, I have 2 batches under my belt (a kit and then an extract batch.) I really want to get into kegging and have plans for a chest freezer kegerator.

Anyway, here is why I love junk stores...

We had went to a big flea market and after leaving stopped by an antique/junk store where I found this dual CO2 regulator for $15!!! Not sure if it works but for the price it was worth a shot.

We went to the local homebrew supply shop last Saturday to get the fixins for my extract batch (an all Cascade IPA.) We stopped by Goodwill on the way home (my gal loves thrift shops) and that is where I found the CO2 regulator/D-Coupler/cobra faucet for $10!!!!!!

So, I am so much closer to getting the gear together for the kegerator.

Nice finds!!! I never thought of looking at thrift stores for gear. Great use of boyfriend/husband time.

Looks like you have a pair of secondary regulators with a grunch of ports on the manifolds. Check on the backs, they should say something about the maximum inlet pressure.

All my local junk store has is junk. Cheap glass vases, weird little jewelry boxes, etc.

I'm incredibly jealous of your D-coupler setup! all that for only $10... I'd be happy paying only $50 ha ha ha.
