Why does my wort look like this??

Its actually really clean..not sure why it looks like that in the pic. Anyone know why its bubbling like that?
 
At first glance, those bubbles make me think starches; like when you boil potatoes. How did you steep the grain (steep time, temperature)? I assume you removed the grain from the pot before boiling (preferably before it hit 170 degrees)?

Yeah I steeped till 170 and removed. In this kit you steep some grains with some whole hops

The directions say to steep as soon as you start heating up the water and remove when it hits 170 degrees
 
Oil, whether it be from your grain, hops, hop or grain bag, residue on the pot, that's what it looks like to me.
