Similar to the "Who's Brewing this weekend" thread, just for packaging in general.

I'll Start

I'm not :)

Though I will be checking gravities and getting things ready to bottle next weekend. I have two beers on deck, a Tripel and a Single. The Tripel will have been in the fermenter for 3 weeks as of tomorrow, the Single has been in for one week today and they are both starting to clear up a bit. I think I'm going to have a double bottling day coming up.

Finally bottled yesterday

Belgian Tripel
750mL - 7
375mL - 34

Belgian Singel
750mL - 18
500mL - 1
375mL - 12
330mL - 1

First time bottling in a long time. My process needs some work. One of the things that I used to do all the time, but forgot while bottling the Tripel was, after purging the headspace in the keg, to shake the keg to ensure the sugar solution is completely mixed. I usually put the sugar solution, while hot, in the keg and then transfer the finished beer on top, so the odds of it being mixed is still pretty good.
