So my first attempt at cider happened last night.

My Cider was based on SimpleCJ's Colossal Wassail cider.

By mistake I used 2 tbs of Pectic Enzyme, caught the mistake before i added another 1/2 tbs, instead of 2 1/2 tsp it should have been.
Fermentation has started and bubbling like crazy.

Can anyone tell me the harm of putting in too much of the enzyme.
I hoping it was just a waste and wont affect my cider.
Maybe I will just have to let it condition a bit longer?

Thanks for the help
