I probably haven't brewed the most, but I may have brewed longest.

I swear, I made a pale that I was almost screwing up that must have taken at least 8 or 9 hours to brew. LOL

Oh, and that pale was pretty complex after all the screwups and unintentional/intentional mash temp changes, and unexpected ingredient additions.
