I try to stock three Briess DME's to be always ready to brew: Bavarian Wheat, Golden Light, and Pilsen Light(their three lightest). I've only got one right now so I've got nothing to compare it to, and I forgot to label it, doh! The two containers in the pic(5lbs ea) are the same one. Can you tell what it is? Or is it impossible?

I suppose if I can't ID it I'll just make a basic pale ale w/it

The Wheat should be a little more yellow than the other 2. I don't know any way to distinguish between the Golden and the Pilsen, but they're so close in taste it won't make much, if any, difference which 1 you use.

distinguish between the Golden and the Pilsen

speculation: create a 8 oz wort (using tap water) with 1.5 oz DME (roughly OG 66). If the color is ~ 4 SRM, it's likely Pilsen; if it's ~ 8 SRM, it's likely Light.

Color data is from the product information sheets at https://www.brewingwithbriess.com/products/extracts/

unknown: will any haze/cloudiness skew the color.

double down: the increase in color appears to be linear. If so, at OG 130, SRM would be ~ 7.5 (pilsen) and ~14 (light). OG 130 is 8 oz water & 3 oz DME.
