White Labs Abbey IV

Got my hands on some of this, any ideas what to brew? Kind of stuck in the rut of sours and IPA's..

A Patersbier sounds good. I made the Northern Brewer extract kit and used Wyeast Trappist High Gravity.

White labs says it is good for Trappist style beers.

The Patersbier was my second brew and one of my favorites.

Not familiar with that, I will have to look into it. I kind of want to make a Belgian blond, not sure if this yeast will work for that though.

Belgian Strong Dark. It's Rochefort's yeast.

It will do fine for a blonde. Ferment it warm.

Thanks guys, no idea it is the Rochefort yeast. Interesting.
