Aving just got back from a trip to Scotland where I visited a few distilleries it got me thinking, has anyone had a go here at distilling some whisky? It doesn't look much harder than brewing beer and the end product is tasty

It's highly illegal in the US to do it yourself, unless you have the Discovery Channel follow you around.
