I'm putting down a IPA/APA brew , easy ?? which liquid malt is best to use , light , dark or amber using mangrove jacks malt

Light and Golden Light work great for them.
My standard extract approach is lightest extract possible then augment color and flavor with steeping grains.
I stopped using liquid in favor of dry. Too many dark oxidized liquid malt beers had me frustrated. If you know the LME is fresh then it’s not as big of a deal but that was hard for me to verify.
