Where to get Oxygen Regulator in Canada

So I can get the 14oz worthington oxygen cylinders no prob at the local hardware store. I just can't find where to get the regulator for this. Just wondering what other Canadians have done seeing as williams does not ship to canada.

I bought mine on More Beer. Wasn't cheap, but I couldn't find it in Canada.

Yeah that's what I was afraid of. I found one on http://www.homebrew-supplies.ca/viartshop/ but it will be over $60 with tax and shipping. Why does everything have to cost more here
