I've got a lot of grain I need to store - two 50 pound bags. What do you guys use to store your open grain? I'd like to find a big bucket with a tight lid, but I think I'll need something bigger than an Ale Pail.

Those friggin' things are close to $200! Cheapest model Depot had was $140, and I doubt that it's big enough. So, I'm going to take my time finishing the mill until I can buy a dehumidifier as they go off-season later in the summer. No point spending money on big bags of grain when it'll likely go bad (I have lots of those Rubbermaid containers, they are far from airtight).
They sell it in half gallon cardboard containers at Walgreen's. I use it in my kegerator to minimize frost buildup.the_bird said:Oh yeah, good call! I need to get my hands on some Damp-Rid! That's supposed to work really well - similar, it seems, to this gel.
