Where do I Get Lactose in Vancouver, BC?

I've looked everywhere locally for lactose, but cannot find any. Does anybody know where I can find some (apart from online)?

I've checked all the homebrew stores here in Vancouver - no lactose. Do any folks around here know where to acquire it locally? Paddockwood is in SK.

Sounds like you might need to drive 2 hours south.
