I've got a batch of grape juice wine going and it's been in the primary for a week or so still getting some bubbles. My question is when do I switch it over to my secondary Carboy? Thanks for any help

Check your gravity, it should be below 1.020 before racking.

You are ok to rack,I'd guess.

Is it ok to top it off with more juice? This is a four gallon batch and I wanna use my new five gallon glass Carboy?

Yes, adding more juice at this stage is fine. Try to make sure it is the same SG as when you started, otherwise you change the ACV you may have initially targeted for.

Went ahead and racked it and my tea wine they both tasted great for being so young I can't wait till they are ready!
