I'm brewing a honey red wheat beer tomorrow and had a question about when to add the 1.5 lbs of wildflower honey. Should I add it after I mash and pull the bag (BIAB) out, right before I start my boil? I emailed the company and they haven't responded back. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would add it after a couple days of fermentation (after high krausen). Directly from the container into fermenter and mix very well to ensure it is all dissolved.

Some will say be careful doing that, as the honey hasn't been boiled to sanitize.

If it makes you nervous, heat in a small amount of water to pasteurization temp (161F says Google), cool, then add.

Have fun!
