My question is when is the best time in a 60 minute boil to add my flavor hops to get the most flavor out of them? I'm making American pale ale. I have magnum for bittering, and I have Amarillo and Cascade for flavor. I also have Hallertauer for aroma. I will also be dry hopping.

For my pale ales I start flavor additions at 20 minutes left in the boil.

Depending on how many IBU's and how much flavore you're going for, try alternating .5 oz each of the Amarillo and Cascade at 20, 15, 10, and 5 minutes.
