when life gets too hectic

I look at my wife. she has such a calming effect on me. I can no longer park at walmart without her next to me. when our boys are being way too wild for this grumpy old temperament, her smile tempers me. what keeps you in the calm when things get a bit "overboard'?

A guy I work with goes off a couple times a day. I keep telling him that he needs to get some Zen or something. I told our boss that the feng shui or the chi was really messed up here, he just smiles shakes his head and walks off. Waiting for him to stroke out usually keeps me sane. The bad part is I know his family, and I really don't want to have to be the one to have to explain to his 85 YO mother that Mark finally blew his gasket.
