I have been on a mad dash recently to get prepared for the fall, and have been cycling batches through my fermentation chest on a rapid basis. I have been keeping the beer fermenting at the temps I want for 7days and then moving it into a closet that is about 75* or a little hotter. Does anyone believe that there are concerns with off flavors that might occur by doing this?

Your doing fine. I keep my ales in the fermentation chamber for a week then move them to the "man room" in the basement. No sense using electricity that you don't need. Once the major part of fermentation is done, temperature control isn't really an issue. I would try to shy away from getting too hot. Low to mid 70s is about as high as I would go. Squirrel away!! Winter is a knocking.
