Making a peach wheat with Wyeast 1010 and I took a hydrometer reading after 9 days today and its at 1.030-1.032. I have no OG because our hydrometer broke that day but we used 7lbs Briess Wheat LME and 2lbs honey.

I have no idea how this could be correct. It went through a pretty vigorous fermentation and bubbled once every second and a half at the beginning. The brew closet has been around 56 lately, which is on the very low end of the yeast, so I know that could lead to longer fermentation times. I'm sure it's still active, and there is still a giant head of krausen, but is this going to affect the beer negatively with the super long fermentation before we rack on top of the peaches?

I'm sure it will ferment out eventually, and we have some delicious homebrew to drink for a while, but 9 days is a long time to have a super sugary beer for just a wheat. Any opinions?

EDIT: Realized that the OG was probably around 1.07 according to ProMash. 1.03 doesn't sound so awful anymore
