So I tried to recreate and old recipe I had lost and failed. My cherry wheat came out bland and watered down so I added another 3lbs of cherry purée on top of the 3lbs I already put in to try and bring up the flavor and low abv probably around 3.5%. It came out more like a water down wheat wine I guess. It’s ok but not something I would share with my brew club. I haven’t carbonated it yet and I just cold crashed it.
So my question is, what do I do with it now?
Thought about souring it but I have no experience or knowledge on sours.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
