Mechanical engineer at a chemical plant. One of our products is a flocculation agent that nearly ever large brewery uses (BMC, Sam Adams. Seirra Nevada, etc)

I want to steal all the flasks from the lab and 55gal drums and gauges around the plant. We even have huge conical settling tanks that could be used for fermentors.

Water Quality Specialist in a state accredited water testing lab at a very large water utility. Pairs quite nicely with this hobby. :p
