Nine times out of ten I'm using one of my tulip glasses. Occasionally I'll use a British pub glass and very rarely, when drinking German beers, I'll use my German stein or a pilsner glass.
I like the Stella chalice...the shape at the top of the glass does a nice job holding the head. And I get to use the word "chalice"I don't drink Stella though...and I have not found a way to get the logo off the glass.
Would leaded glass be an issue with antique beer glassware?
My personal preference. When I got married each of my groomsmen got one.

Used to have a couple of those and it was pretty funny handing a full one to someone, that has never used one before, so that they're drinking it in the same orientation as in that picture.Once they hit that certain level of beer in the glass and the air suddenly rushes in to displace the fluid from the front of the ankle to toes area and it catapults the remaining beer out with quite an explosive force, all over the unwitting victim:fro:
