What's up with The Beer Bug?

I have not been able to get ahold of anyone there and my beer bugs don't work bc their server is down.

Anyone else experiencing this? Anyone know anything?

No response on their website server.

This is what they posted on October 2nd on their Facebook page, the last post they had on there:

Hey Guys, Sorry for the long silence there simply is not an update currently, We're experiencing some complicated technical problems. We're doing everything we can to get things fixed and to ensure proper function. We hope to have a more substantive update wednesday.
