Welcome we plan to be opening a distribution hub in Columbia/Lexington in the next few months following the Houston expansion.

There is Bet-Mar Liquid Hobby Shop
736 Saint Andrews Rd # F
Columbia, SC 29210

Welcome. I'm in Augusta. Someone, PLEASE, open a LHBS here. When the weather gets hot, the only way for me to get liquid yeast is to drive up there to Liquid Hobby on the way to the zoo.

We need one on the south est side of columbia. There are alot of old timers on this side that make wine. I have met more country farms that make wine than I have that drink it.

I am sure they would drive over to Irmo for Liquid Hobby since it is the only game in town and really don't have any plans to jump into the wine side any time soon. Coming from a town that is basically 60 x 90 miles ....the Columbia area seems pretty easy to navigate.

Well it's funny you mention that. I live in Northeast Columbia, about 30 minute drive from Bet-Mar. The ONLY day I can even make it to Bet-Mar if I need something is on Saturdays. There's no way for me with a regular 8:30-5:30 schedule to make it over there on a weekday. But to their benefit, they DO offer to leave orders next door at the sub shop for pick-up outside regular hours.
