Whats the shortest wait for good cider?

I'm very impatient. Using straight juice with no other sugars added, In your opinion what is the absolute shortest amount of time to wait after fermentation is done before drinking. Thanks
 
Whenever it tastes good enough to drink. Its not a safety thing, so if it's good enough by your standards, its done. But be warned that the longer you wait, the better it will get.
 
You can drink it while it still is fermenting, if you like. This may actually be better tasting than drinking it a week or two after fermentation has more-or-less finished. Neither is anything like as good as a year (or more) later.
 
Using just juice and yeast I won't drink any cider younger than 4 months total, but usually 5-6 months. I don't usually just use juice, I add tannins and acid to mimic proper cider. but yeah, 4 months at least, ymmv.
