What's the best winter/holiday brew you've done?

Looking for suggestions for a nice brew for the upcoming holiday season. What is the best recipe/type you've done that you feel was the best?

I don't have the recipe on me but if you search the brewing network forum for bugeater's oatmeal raisin cookie amber that recipe is awesome. It really does taste like a cookie.

Recently brewed this stout with cocoa and mint. Used half the cocoa and half of the mint in the recipe... would also recommend some lactose to offset bittering. Definitely on my holiday rotation.
