Well, as long as we're on the subject of "getting it in the can" (great commercial, by the way). My partner at work told me about the new breastaurant (think; Hooters, Twin Peaks, Tilted Kilt, etc.) called Canz a citi. In addition to the chesty wait staff, they claim to have 200 beers in canz and on tap. The selection looks pretty good, but I've got to wait until next month before we hit it up. We (me and two other guys on my crew) want to wait until we're all working the day shift and have the following day off. Now I'll have the chance to try some of the beers that've been talked about in this thread.

I am not sure I personally would go to a bar that serves can Ed beer. Seems very gimmicky to me. If I go to a ba or restaurant I want a beer in a pint glass. No a can. And I think most people would too. I may be wrong.

I love the fact that we have more and more craft beer available in cans. It perfect for areas where glass is a no no like pool areas or breaches etc. But to go to a bar or restaurant and a beer served in a can is an insult to me. Especially when they will probably charge me 3-5 bucks for it.

The progression for me went like this...

Yeungling amber lager, dales pale ale, sly fox route 113 IPA, and now it's sly fox octoberfest. Can't wait for what's next.

For easy drinking all day out on the lake or the beach where glass isn't permitted I think the Southern Star Blond Bombshell is pretty much perfect.

Surprised no one has mentioned Maui brewing yet. Their Coconut porter is definitely my favorite canned beer.

Oh gosh, I had one of the Maui Brewing Mana Wheats the other day. I had no idea it was supposed to have pineapple in it so the first sip gave me quite a surprise, I had no idea what I was supposed to be tasting until I read the can.

+1 on the Gubna. Canfull of awesome!

I also enjoy Avery's IPA and Modus Hoperandi.

I can't believe I live in CO. and never had a gubna yet. I will change that this evening.

Guess I'll chime in for Chicago here...Half Acre's Daisy Cutter pale ale is delicious. Aside from that, Modus Hoperandi is quite awesome too.
