Brewed my first IPA at my LHBS. Went well even though I didn't come away with as much beer as I had hoped.

I almost forgot... The first shipment of the Bubba's Barrels / Big Poppa Smoker came today.

It is finally sinking in that I won this amazing prize.

I got my ESB in the fermenter last night. The re-hydrated S-04 started fermenting sometime in the wee hours overnight. My Irish red's been in the FV a week today,& is finishing up with the occasional bubble. Nice to have both fermenters full again! And having my new bottling table set up will definitely speed things up on bottling day soon.
