So I saw a post on the site where Sudster gave a link to a Corona clone recipe here:

http://www.beertools.com/html/recipe.php?view=882

The yeast for the recipe is listed as Edme Dry, but when you click info, a Wyeast page pops up with about a dozen different yeasts.

So which one do I use? I have Wyeasts at my HBS, so thats fine, but which one? Anyone know?

Thanks...

Edme is the brand name for a general purpose yeast from the UK.

It's a dry yeast that comes in a yellow and blue foil packet.

I would think it would be good for most ales.

I've used it in the past for some none-cloned ales with good results.
