I doughed in at 6:50 20.5 lbs of grain for a 10 gallon batch of American wheat. My brother came home with his family for the weekend (even though he just moved 14 hours away 2 weeks ago) and wants to brew a stout, so just as soon as the boil is over and it is in the fermentor i should have 5 gallons of stout ready to boil this evening. Did i mention i am also kegging 10 gallons of an APA and 5 gallons of my V-Lager this evening as well.
Now i just need to get the grill going and those brats grilling in time for the sauerkraut and potato love i have steaming in some carmel cream ale right now!
