what to do with this?
The fermentation was vigorous nothing too crazy but there was some overflow into the blow off tube. well life happened and by the time I got around to cleaning up and changing the air lock / blow off setup there was circular patterns in the tube and they stopped at the last inch of the tube before the bucket lid so things seemed to be alright but after dry hopping things looked like this so is it worth kegging, should I pull a small sample and try it It looks a bit scary or down the drain?

as for what to do, I dunno, but I bet somebody's gonna suggest you taste it before dumping it. might be the best sour ever created.
 
That definitely is infected. Contrary to popular belief, it's impossible to tell you by looks alone, what infected it or how it got infected. You should definitely taste it (I assure you it won't harm you). Accidental infections with unknown microbes usually don't turn out well but you may get lucky. If it tastes good, keg it and drink it. If it tastes promising, let it ride for a while before you decide to dump (if you have the real estate for that type of thing). Disassemble, clean, and sanitize all equipment before using again for clean beer, or dedicate those items to sours (still important to clean and sanitize, even for sour beers). What kind of beer is it? How old? What conditions for storage? Awesome pellicle at any rate. I like how you can see some hop cones poking through in some spots. Yes this is correct. The only way to tell what infected it is to look at a sample under a microscope. That being said at this point all you know is that it does have some kind of infection. You can give it a taste and see how it tastes. If you keg, then you can keg it up and drink it. If you bottle the only option is to let it go for a qhile to make sure that the bugs are done eating. They can eat for a long time and drop the gravity quite low. So you really have to make sure they are totally done.
