I am brewing an American Amber Ale recipe from BCS this Sat for the 4th of Jul which will be served along side a Watermelon Wheat I have conditioning now.

What is going to be on tap at your 4th of July Celebration?

I've got an amber as well that should be fully conditioned by then.

I have a saison that is finishing up carbonation now, and another saison (from BCS) that will be going into bottles in the next few days. That one will probably not be ready in time, unfortunately.

I have the following bottled and ready to go: IPA, Blueberry Honey Ale, and Weizenbier Shandy.

The following are still conditioning but should be ready in time: Apple Cider, Cinnamon Apple Cider, Citra Apple Cider (dry hopped), and Session IPA.

Cream of three crops, cherry wheat, two hearted ale clone, California common, a saison and odds and ends of remaining bottles from early this year.

Cherry wheat, hoppy wheat pale ale, nut brown, NEIPA. Perhaps a few lime blondes and coffee stouts left as well.

I'll have my Mosaic Citra Pale Ale ready to go by then (kegged last week). Very excited for this one.

I have a classic tripel on hand and a heady topper kit that I need to brew. Might be a little young but it will be fine. Never had a chance to try heady topper so here we go.

I got a club barrel sour that's on some cherries right now that I plan to carb up as well as a gose'

I wanted to make a galaxy pale ale but I didn't have time nor keg room

A blend of Scottish Pale Malts and American hops!

An American pale ale that hopefully comes out ok after I made more than a few attempts at doing it wrong. Otherwise, some Goose Island and Long Trail brews.

I have a Dipa that my still be going at that time, a saison I made with omega's C2C yeast, and a scottish 80 shilling will be ready to go for me

They might be a little young, but I bottled a coffee stout and a Belgian double two weeks ago. I hope to have some for the 4th. The rest are going to my family reunion 2 weeks after.

Got a very good summer Blonde Ale carbing up now, that will go excellent with my smoked ribs and all the seafood we will be serving. Also have a Munich Dunkel lager that has been lagering away for 2 months now and will be on tap as well! Going to be a great 4th! :D

A golden bitter. Yup, a British-style ale for the 4th of July. I planned that out real good.

Gaelic Ale clone, Red Seal Ale clone and Yoopers Oatmeal Stout. Hopefully they last that long!!!!

I'll probably have an American Premium Lager, ESB, Scottish 80/, and maybe the Scottish on nitro as well.

Over the last few weeks I brewed a Mexican Lager, Vienna Lager and my house Ale (based loosely on Kona Big Wave).

I also have a Pilsner already on tap.

I may try and sneak in my ESB as well, as I am getting low.

Not sure if I am having a large party or not, since I have to work that day. Right now it looks like I will have:

Sunken Ship Porter (modified Edmund Fitz Clone)
Dude's Lake Walk Pale (but brewed with 4# of Victory in the grist)
Possibly some NEIPA if I haven't kicked the keg by then.

Three taps for the Forth. A Blood Orange IPA, Miller Light Clone (made with Cascade hops), and a first for me.... Irish mule on tap. This will be my first "cocktail" on tap for a party, should be interesting.

On July 4th...the hop-fest continues.
I have backing kegs for everything being served, so I expect the same line-up - save for replacing the ESB with a Treehouse Julius clone in a week or so...

Cheers! :mug:

If I can get my hands on a couple of picnic taps I'll have my CC Blonde, House IPA, Arrogant Bastard, and Jalapeno Lime amber ready to go with the 2 dozen devilled eggs I've been requested to provide to the festivities. No fireworks needed, just light a match and have a spare pair of shorts handy.

I like this. Is it a program or did you write it? Could use dates, but very useful.

The tap list is "RaspberryPints", written by a small group of hbt members a few years ago.
You can find the long-running support thread here.

I've done a few enhancements but had no direct role in the original kit...

Cheers!

I have a Belgian Strong Ale as well as my obligatory Yoopers' House American Pale Ale kegged and ready to go. It is going to be a good 4th of July indeed.

well well well.. glad you asked! 10 gallons of American Pale Ale, 5 gallons of American Lager, and 5 gallons of NEIPA.. it's gonna be a great night!!

I'm on bottles not taps, but I'll be serving a hoppy saison, a dogwood pilsner, and an Australian sparkling ale.
