I brewed a 11 gal. Batch I keaged half of the batch and bottled the rest .the one I keaged was excellent the ones I bottled was good at best has anybody had this problem it was a allgrain porter ?

If I had to guess, with the limited info we have Id say you have a sanitation issue with your bottles. What is your cleaning proceedure? Or you could have a light/skunking issue. Did you bottles get exposed to UV light at some point?
