What versitile hop to buy in bulk?

Hey guys. I'm tired of paying $2-3 for an ounce of hops. I'm going to place an order at hopsdirect.com but need some advice. I was planning on going the "2-hearted ale" route and just buying a ton of centennial but they are out. What is another hop strain to buy in bulk that can the bitter and aroma-tize IPAs and APAs?

Chinook, amarillo, simcoe, cascade

Would it be feasible to use cascade for bitter and aroma in the same way 2-hearted is hopped or is there something I'm missing? Adjusting the amounts for the %alpha of course.

considering centennial is known as "super cascade" I think you would be ok with that. or CTZ I just bought a pound of each of these three on black friday.
